From RetroGames to RetroGamesX: Thirty Years Later

RetroGames operated online from the mid-1990s through the early 2000s, selling older hardware, games, accessories, and repairs as online gaming culture was taking shape.

The project grew alongside The Unofficial Turbo Pages and connections with Turbo Zone Direct. RetroGamesX is a continuation of that history, with a new emphasis on creating and adapting software for classic machines.

From then to now

The central idea has changed in one important way: RetroGames helped people continue playing older systems; RetroGamesX is now working to bring new experiences to them.
